Kevin Hart at The Ryman

This poster was my very first project for my internship at Hatch Show Print inside the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, Tennessee. I was utterly excited and slightly nervous for my very first client to be the world famous comedian; Kevin Hart. This poster was for his "Acting My Age Tour” at the Ryman Auditorium, a famous venue in the heart of downtown Nashville. Inspired by his branding for this specific tour, I created this poster using traditional letterpress techniques to achieve a classic yet modern aesthetic. Kevin’s managerial team was so pleased with this design that they ended up doubling the size of their order. I am very happy to say that these posters sold out in just a couple hours.
